Former footballers and organizers have given a 24-hour ultimatum to Bangladesh Football Federation president Kazi Salauddin to resign.
On Saturday (August 31), former footballers and organizers formed a human chain in front of Bafufe Bhavan in Motijheel demanding the resignation of Kazi Salahuddin. These announcements are made there. At the same time, they also threatened that Salahuddin will be declared unwanted in the sports arena if he does not resign.
Later, the human chainers entered the building and met General Secretary Imran Hossain Tushar. Tell them about their demands and ultimatums there. Salahuddin Bafufe was not in the building at that time.
Among those who participated in the rally demanding Salahuddin's resignation are BNP Chairperson's advisor and former president of Bangladesh Athletics Federation Abdus Salam, former national football team captain and star goalkeeper Aminul Haque, former star goalkeeper Chaid Hasan Kanan, Rumman Wali bin Sabbir and several former footballers and football lovers.
At that time, BNP leader Abdus Salam announced that Salahuddin will be humiliated wherever he can be found if he does not resign within the stipulated time.
Former star footballer and BNP's sports secretary Aminul Haque called for postponing Bafoof's election. He called on Sports Advisor Asif Mahmud Sajib Bhuiyan to take the initiative to discuss with FIFA whether the October 26 elections can be postponed for the sake of reforming the Football Federation.
