48-hour ultimatum to journalists to demand justice

Jagran/National/SSK organized a human chain program under the banner of 'We are media workers' at Karwan Bazar in the capital.

At this time, the speakers protested the killing, attack and harassment of journalists.

They urged all parties to be tolerant and cooperative towards journalists.

Speakers in the human chain program said that journalists are not adversaries of anyone. Although it is a sad incident that people of all professions including students were killed in the movement, there is no one by the side of the injured and killed journalists.

The speakers also said that professional journalists will not take the responsibility of people working for different parties or talk show speakers even if there are personal differences.
