Like every time, five congregations of Eid-ul-Fitr will be held at National Mosque Baitul Mukarram.
This information was informed in a circular published by the Islamic Foundation on Sunday (April 7).
The notification informed that the first congregation of Eid will be at 7 am. It will be led by Imam Hafez Mufti Maulana, senior pastor of Baitul Mukarram Mosque. Mizanur Rahman. Mukabbir will be Muazzin Qari of the mosque. Isaac
The second congregation will be at 8 am. The imam in this congregation will be Imam Hafez Maulana in front of Baitul Mukarram Mosque. Ehsanul Haque Retired muezzin Hafez will be Mukabbir. Ataur Rahman.
Imam Hafez Maulana Mufti Muhiuddin Kasem of Baytul Mukarram will be the imam in the third congregation. This congregation will be held at 9 am. Mukabbir will be the Khadem of the mosque. Abdul Hadi.
The fourth congregation will be at 10 am. This congregation will be led by Mufassir of the Islamic Foundation. Md. Abu Saleh Patwari. And Mukabbir will be Khadem. Jasim Uddin.
The fifth and last congregation will be at 10:45 am. Azimpur Cemetery Mayor Hanif Imam Hafez Maulana Imran bin Nooruddin will lead this congregation in front of Jama Masjid. Mukabbir will be the Khadem of the mosque. Ruhul Amin.
If the imam is absent in any of these congregations, Islamic Foundation language teacher Maulana Mohammad Noor Uddin will act as an alternate imam, according to the press release.
Note that Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated next Wednesday or Thursday (April 10 or 11) subject to moon sighting. The National Moon Sighting Committee will meet next Tuesday (April 9) to decide the date of Eid-ul-Fitr.
