A 2-year-old child drowned in flood water while searching for his father

While searching for his father in Senbagh Upazila of Noakhali, he drowned in the flood water. A child named Abdur Rahman (2) has died. The incident took place in Birkot Paschimpara of Kesharpar Union of the upazila on Sunday (August 25) morning.

The deceased Abdur Rahman was a resident of Patwari house in Birkot Paschimpara, Ward No. 5 of Kesharpar Union. Son of Gias Uddin. Ghiyas Uddin is an assistant teacher at the neighboring Undania Government Primary School.

UP Member of the 5th Ward. Jamal said, the house is flooded with water. The water-bound people took refuge in the house of teacher Ghiyas Uddin. Giyas Uddin left home in the morning due to family needs. His son goes back and forth looking for his father. He didn't realize it. After a long search, the child was not found. After about two hours, his body was found near the house. Everyone mourns the loss of their only child.

Chairman of Kesharpar Union. Abdul Haque confirmed the matter and said that the news of the death of teacher Ghiyas Uddin's child has cast a shadow of mourning on the entire area. He accommodated the flooded people in his house. None of us can accept the death of his only child. Our parents need to be alert to this flood.
