A salesman was shot dead on his way home in Chandpur

In Chandpur's Faridganj upazila, a young man named Ruhul Amin was shot dead on his way home. He was a sales representative of a company.

On Tuesday (November 11) around 10:30 pm, Ruhul Amin was shot near the base of Samiti poll in Rustampur upazila.

Ruhul Amin, son of Hossain Ahmed of Barali area of ​​Ward No. 4 of Faridganj Municipality, was the sales representative of Bengal Company.

Locals said that Ruhul Amin was returning home on a motorcycle around 10:30 pm. When he reached the pole of the association in Rustampur area, a group of miscreants blocked his way and shot him and fled.

Locals heard the gunshots and came forward to see him lying on the road in a bloody state.

According to local residents, Rahul Amin has been attacked by bandits. However, it is not known whether he had any money with him.

Faridganj Thana police reached the spot after receiving the information.

Faridganj police station OC Shah Alam said, “We have identified the body. Details will be known after the investigation.”
