Advance sale of BRTC bus tickets has started

Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (BRTC) has launched 'Eid Special Service' to facilitate bus travel for passengers on the occasion of upcoming Eid-ul-Azha. Passengers will be transported under this Eid special service from 13 to 18 June. This 6-day advance ticket sale has started from today.

BRTC Deputy General Manager (Operations) Shukdev Dhali confirmed the matter on Sunday (June 9).

Shukdev Dhali said, like always, special bus service is going to be launched on the occasion of Eid. On the occasion of Eid, BRTC has organized Eid Special Service from June 13. Eid special service tickets will be sold from the morning of June 10. Our bus will run till June 18.

He also said that tickets will be sold from Motijheel, Joarsahara, Kalyanpur, Gabtali, Mohammadpur, Mirpur, Jatrabari, Gazipur and Narayanganj Bus Depot (Chashara) for travel from Dhaka.

According to BRTC information, Motijheel Bus Depot will control Dhaka-Rangpur, Dhaka-Thakurgaon, Dhaka-Panchgarh, Dhaka-Naogaon, Dhaka-Kushtia, Dhaka-Barisal, Dhaka-Gopalganj, Dhaka-Jaipurhat, Dhaka-Jamalpur, Dhaka-Kalmakanda routes; Kalyanpur Bus Depot will control Dhaka-Rajshahi, Dhaka-Naogaon, Dhaka-Netrakona, Dhaka-Syedpur, Dhaka-Thakurgaon, Dhaka-Barisal, Dhaka-Gopalganj, Dhaka-Gaibandha, Dhaka-Bogra, Dhaka-Rangpur, Dhaka-Lalmonirhat, Dhaka – Kurigram, Dhaka-Kushtia, Dhaka-Nagarpur, Dhaka-Paturia, Dhaka-Nalitabari route; Dhaka-Rangpur, Dhaka-Bhatiapara, Dhaka-Paturia route will be under the control of Gabtali depot; Jorsahara Bus Depot will be under the control of Dhaka-Rangpur, Dhaka-Dinajpur, Dhaka-Naogaon, Dhaka-Mymensingh, CBS-2 (Gulistan)-Barisal, Dhaka-Bogra routes; Mirpur Bus Depot will be under the control of Dhaka-Thakurgaon, Dhaka-Rangpur, Dhaka-Panchgarh, Dhaka-Swaroopkathi, Dhaka-Gopalganj, Dhaka-Bogra routes.

Mohammadpur Bus Depot will be under the control of Dhaka-Rangpur, Dhaka-Dinajpur, Dhaka-Lalmonirhat, Dhaka-Bogra, Dhaka-Naogaon, Dhaka-Barisal, Dhaka-Khulna, Dhaka-Gopalganj, Dhaka-Mymensingh routes; Gazipur Bus Depot will be under the control of Gazipur-Khulna, Gazipur-Barisal, Gazipur-Rangpur, Gazipur-Bogra, Dhaka-Mymensingh routes; Jatrabari Bus Depot will be under the control of Dhaka-Rangpur, Dhaka-Dinajpur, Dhaka-Khulna, Dhaka-Kurigram, Dhaka-Bhanga (Faridpur), Dhaka-Barisal routes; Dhaka-Bhanga (Faridpur), Dhaka-Barisal, Dhaka-Habiganj, Dhaka-Rangpur, Dhaka-Lalmonirhat, Dhaka-Naogaon, Dhaka-Netrakona, Dhaka-Bogra routes under the control of Narayanganj Bus Depot.
