Bank transactions from Monday as usual


Banks are finally going to open after Eid-ul-Fitr and Pahela Baisakh holidays.

From Monday (April 15), the office schedule of all scheduled banks operating in the country will continue as before Ramadan. That is, the office will be open from 10 am to 5 pm. And the transaction will be from 10 am to 3:30 pm.

Basically, changes were made in the bank transaction and opening schedule to facilitate fasting during the farewell Ramadan. This time also all public and private banks were open from 9:30 am to 4 pm on Roja. In this, money is transacted from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. However, from April 15, the office schedule of all commercial banks will continue as before.

All financial institutions including insurance, stock market will open on this day. They will also be traded in the previous rules. The office-court will open on the same day. Schools and colleges will also open.

Last Thursday (April 11), the biggest religious festival Eid-ul-Fitr was celebrated in the country. On this occasion April 10, 11 and 12 (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) were public holidays. April 13 (Saturday) was a weekend after Eid. And on April 14 (Sunday) there is a Bengali New Year holiday on the occasion of Pahela Baishakh.

As a result, employees are spending holidays from 10th to 14th. They will join the office on Monday after 5 consecutive days of vacation. However, many of the working people who went outside Dhaka for Eid have taken optional leave. So it will take a few more days to return to the vibrancy in the office-court. The capital Dhaka will once again return to its familiar form.
