Biden's son found guilty on 3 charges

US President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden has been convicted of three counts of illegal gun possession. The Guardian reported this information on Tuesday.

The week-long trial took place in the Biden family's hometown of Wilmington, Delaware. Most of Hunter's close relatives testified against him at the trial. Not a single person testified on his behalf. After three hours of deliberation, the jury found Hunter guilty.

Hunter is accused of making two false statements while filling out a form to purchase a Colt revolver in October 2018. At first Hunter said he was not a drug addict or drug user and later declared the statement to be true. A third charge was that he illegally possessed the gun for 11 days. Later, his sister-in-law and lover, Hailey Biden, panicked and threw the revolver into a trash can.
