Paid up capital 10 crores. Against that, 10 lakh shares have been blocked. One in the name of the President and the rest in the name of the CEO. The rest of the shares will be blocked if necessary as per time.'

Being a private limited company, BCB TV cannot go to the stock market. However, shares cannot be issued in the name of anyone who is not related to the board. BCB has already finalized such a decision.

“We don't have the opportunity to go to the stock market. But these shares will not be given in the name of any outsider. The remaining shares will be held by the elected directors of BCB. Later, if the director changes, it will be in the name of the new one who will come,' said Titu.

BCB TV's management committee will be formed in a few days. However, two directors Mahbub Anam, Ismal Haider Mallick and CEO Nizam Uddin Chowdhury Sujan, in charge of finance department Abdul Mannan have been made responsible for the financial transactions of TV.

The board wants to run BCB TV as a profitable channel. The business model has also been finalized so far. After obtaining all kinds of government licenses, the visible work will begin along with the recruitment of infrastructure manpower. However, the main purpose of the channel is to broadcast all types of sports of the country including domestic ones. BCB President said this after the AGM yesterday.

Papon said, 'Usually two TVs show our games in Bangladesh. Now we will show all the games they don't show on our own TV.'

“At present, the women's series and the Premier League are going on along with the Tests. These two games are not showing. Now we will try to show the main team games as well as the rest of the games. We want to show domestic cricket on TV. If it is shown on TV then the quality of domestic cricket will increase. Any problem with umpiring will be caught. All in all, we want to show all possible games'- added the BCB president.
