Case against 62 people including Sheikh Hasina, Shamim Osman

Last July 21, fish trader Milan Mia was going to buy fish at Shimrail junction of Dhaka-Chittagong road. At that time, on the orders of accused No. 1 to 3, the people of Awami League Jubo League Chhatra League got together and fired on the assembled student crowd. As a result Milan Mia was shot in the chest and fell on the ground. At that time, the people around with his two sisters Shakib and Manik rescued him and first took him to the local Kanak hospital. Later, when his condition worsened, he was taken to the Pro Active Medical College Hospital at Signboard. While undergoing treatment there, Milon died at around 12:30 on July 21.

The names of 62 people including President Advocate Khokon Saha, Siddhirganj Thana Awami League President Mujibur Rahman and General Secretary Yasin Mia were mentioned.
