Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce can do it all. The Northeast Ohio native is already on a Hall of Fame trajectory in his career; he’s dating one of the biggest, if not the biggest pop stars on the planet in, Taylor Swift, and he’s a good-looking guy.

Life can’t seem to get any better for the 34-year-old All-Pro tight end, and yet somehow it has.
According to movie superstar Adam Sandler, Kelce will appear in the upcoming sequel, “Happy Gilmore 2.” Sandler told Zach Sharf of Variety.

“Travis has… he mentioned it, so we have a nice something for Travis,” Sandler said about Kelce’s appearance in the sequel. “He’s gonna come by. He’s a very nice guy. You guys would love him in real life. What a big, handsome guy. Funny and cool as hell. He’s a stud and he’s so funny.”
Kelce is already making his way into the acting world. According to Variety, he has upcoming roles in Ryan Murphy’s FX series “Grotesquerie” and the Lionsgate action-comedy film “Lose Cannos,” which he mentioned back on his podcast, “New Heights.”
The three-time Super Bowl champion is excited to be part of Sandler’s project and expressed that excitement.
“I’ll be a f***** extra… anything to get around ‘Happy Gilmore,’ an Adam Sandler film or set — count me in,” Kelce said. “I’ll do anything in the movie. I’ll be part of it any way I possibly can.”
Although Kelce is shifting his attention to the acting world, he’s still among the elite pass catchers and tight ends the NFL has ever seen. The none-=time Pro Bowler will enter his 12th season in the NFL, all with the Chiefs, and his resume at the tight end position is hardly matched.
In 11 seasons, he’s recorded 907 receptions for 11,328 receiving yards and 74 touchdowns, with 12.5 yards per reception. The 34-year-old ranks in the top five among all tight ends in career catches, yards, and touchdowns. Just when everyone thought that Kelce had lost a step, he was still a catalyst in leading the Chiefs to the Super Bowl and adding another title to his collection.
Kelce may have his attention focused on other things in the meantime, but once September hits, he and the Chiefs will be vying for their third consecutive Super Bowl, a feat that has not been done in NFL history.
