At least 5 people were injured in a clash between the two sides in Ashulia, Savar, over the gathering of the workers on the stage.

The identity of the injured was not known except for Mazharul Islam who claimed to be the general secretary of Dhamsona Union Sramik Dal.

Eyewitnesses, who did not wish to be named, said that a rally of Ashulia police station unit of Bangladesh Nationalist Labor Party was held in Bypile area of ​​Ashulia this afternoon. At the beginning of the rally, there was a ruckus around the trucks taking up the temporary stage. Meanwhile, Dhamsona Union Sramik Dal General Secretary Mazharul Islam Khan was thrown from the stage after a group came and beat him and injured him. Meanwhile two groups clashed and chairs were vandalized.

Gafur Chairman and Mokhles Khan's men attacked us. At least 5 of us were injured in this, I am also receiving treatment at the hospital.
