The Home Affairs Adviser gave this instruction while speaking to the senior officials of the BGB at the border conference center in Pilkhana, the headquarters of the BGB in the morning on Saturday (September 7).

Lieutenant General (Retd.) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said, 'Corruption will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against those involved in bribery and corruption. If necessary, they will be fired.' He said, 'BGB has to work according to the law.'

BGB Director General Major General Ashrafuzzaman Siddiqui along with senior officials of BGB headquarters and all BGB Region Commanders, Sector Commanders, Battalion Commanders and other officials were present through video teleconference (VTC).
