Dr. asked for the cooperation of Switzerland to bring back the smuggled money. Yunus


Interim government chief advisor Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus has sought the cooperation of the Swiss government to bring back money smuggled from Bangladesh.

On Thursday, Swiss Ambassador Reto Rengli called on the Chief Adviser at the Rashtriya Guest House Yamuna and asked for this cooperation.

Professor Yunus pointed out that a huge amount of money has been smuggled out of Bangladesh and said, 'It is very important to bring back this money.' He asks the Swiss ambassador about ways to bring back the smuggled money.

In this regard, Ambassador Reto Rengli said, β€œSwitzerland is always willing to cooperate in accordance with globally recognized processes and standards.”

He said Switzerland will support the interim government and is keen to strengthen bilateral economic ties.

The ambassador said, 'I really hope that Bangladesh's business environment will develop further.'

He expressed concern over the current situation in Myanmar's Rakhine state.

Professor Yunus said that his government wants to develop young Rohingya leadership in Rohingya camps.
