Eventflow has been chosen by Goodwood for its 2026 events season. The iconic brand has introduced Eventflow’s AI-powered solution to support the management of more than 200 partners across its flagship events.
Eventflow’s new AI capability, embedded within digital exhibitor and partner manuals, enables sponsors, exhibitors and teams to access real-time information and resolve common queries independently, reducing pressure on Goodwood’s Partnership Management Team during peak planning and live event periods.
The rollout marks the latest phase in a long-term partnership between Goodwood and Eventflow, which began in 2014. Since then Goodwood has evolved its sponsorship operations from paper-based manuals and supplier-managed systems to a fully self-service model, delivered by Eventflow and operated entirely by the in-house events team.
For 2026, Eventflow will support partner and stakeholder management across five major events: Members’ Meeting, Festival of Speed, Future Lab, Qatar Goodwood Festival and Goodwood Revival. The platform will be used to manage approvals, branding compliance and deliverables for a complex ecosystem of partners ranging from independent bookmakers to global brands.
The Festival of Speed alone attracts more than 300,000 attendees, with Goodwood’s wider event portfolio collectively engaging hundreds of thousands of visitors and high-value sponsors each year. Maintaining brand consistency and delivering measurable partner value at this scale is a core operational challenge.
A key requirement for Goodwood’s partners is strict brand alignment across all touchpoints. Eventflow’s fully white-labelled environment allows organisers to reflect event branding throughout the partner journey, from onboarding communications to live operational updates, supporting compliance with sponsor requirements at scale.
Gemma Cowan, Director of Partnership Management at Goodwood explained:
“Over the years, we’ve moved from manual processes to a fully integrated, self-managed platform that underpins how we work with our partners. The introduction of AI support is the next step in helping us streamline partner communications and focus more time on delivering value across a highly complex sponsorship portfolio.”
Christian Skelton, Co-Founder of Eventflow, said:
“Goodwood is one of the most sophisticated sponsorship environments in the global events industry. As their programme has expanded, so has the need to manage partner relationships efficiently without the need for greater headcount or increased overheads. The introduction of AI-driven support helps remove friction for both organisers and partners, particularly in high-pressure live event environments.”
The deployment reflects a broader shift across the events industry: teams aren’t getting bigger, but expectations are. AI and automation can help event professionals better manage sponsors, protect brand standards, and deliver a better partner experience without extra overhead.
