Farzana Lalarukh has been appointed as Commissioner of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). A notification in this regard has been issued by the Financial Institutions Department of the Ministry of Finance on Tuesday (September 3).
It is said that Farzana Lalarukh has been appointed as Commissioner of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission for a period of four years from the date of appointment as per Section-5(2) of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission Act, 1993. His salary and allowances and other benefits shall be determined by the agreement executed with the Government.
The notification states that this order issued in public interest will be effective immediately.
