A fire broke out at the historic old stock exchange building in the heart of Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. BBC reported that the fire happened on Tuesday.
The 17th-century Borsen is one of the city's oldest buildings. Everyone inside the building managed to get out during the fire on Tuesday.
Culture Minister Jakob Engel-Schmidt said 400 years of Denmark's cultural heritage had gone up in flames.
This building, built in 1625, was under renovation. This building housed the offices of the Danish Chamber of Commerce. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
