Bangladesh Bank is withdrawing the limit on cash withdrawal from the bank. From now the customer can withdraw cash from the bank as per his requirement.
On Saturday (September 7), the central bank issued a notification in this regard.
Executive Director and Spokesperson of the Central Bank. Majbaul Haque said, from Sunday (September 8), there will be no more restrictions on cash withdrawals.
Earlier, there was a maximum withdrawal opportunity of five lakhs last week. In the previous weeks, the Central Bank had given the opportunity to withdraw a maximum of four lakhs, three lakhs and two lakhs respectively. That is, the cash withdrawal limit per week has been slightly increased.
