Golam Mawla Roni's car attack by miscreants in the DU area!

It has been alleged that the miscreants attacked the car of former Member of Parliament of Patuakhali-3 Constituency Golam Mawla Roni in Dhaka University (DU) area.

The incident took place on Tuesday (May 21) in the three leaders' shrine area of ​​Dhaka University area. It is known that Golam Mawla Roni was passing through Dhaka University from his home to office, when his car reached the shrine area of ​​the three leaders of the university, some people who were staying there came and started hitting the car with hammers. Neither he nor the driver was hurt, but his car was damaged.

Ghulam Mawla Roni himself confirmed the matter to the media. Apart from this, Rony gave a status about this attack from his personal Facebook verified page.

Meanwhile, Shahbag police station officer-in-charge (OC) Mostazirur Rahman said, 'We have come to know about the matter. He did not complain in writing but he gave us the details over the phone. We are investigating in detail who is involved in this attack.'

What Rony wrote in his Facebook status—

“Falling under the hands of the executioners, I was about to die today. I never thought that my life would be harmed in Dhaka University campus, the educational institution of life. So at night alone, on foot, or by rickshaw or Uber motorcycle, I returned home through Nilakshet through TSC or Shaheed Minar. When coming to the office, I always feel peace when I come to the university campus!

So I will try to talk about what happened today in my peace journey! Just as my car was passing the Dhaka University Metro Rail station and going in the opposite direction of the Department of Nutritional Sciences, 4/5 youths jumped on my car with hammers and firearms at the U-turn taking place. The glass of the car was broken by hitting it hard with a hammer. The shocked driver braked the car first. Then he tried to escape from the executioners by pulling fast again. The Hammer army followed and started abusing in unspeakable language.

After coming to the office, I reported the matter to law enforcement. They assured the remedy with more sincerity. I also called Chhatra League president Mr. Saddam and told the incident. He also consoled.

I don't know what will happen to my forehead in the mentioned situation. I have no worries or concerns about it. Because I'm a messy person from birth. I was never haunted by the love of life, the dream of living or the desire to acquire anything. So there is no need to fuss about dying or someone killing me.

Currently my business is almost closed. I am saved from many troubles if someone comes to beat me with difficulty and kill me in the way that the ongoing miserable times, lamentations around, complaints of scarcity, people's cries etc. hurt me.

So here are some facts about me so that those who failed to attack me today don't have to suffer in the future:

My office is 33 Topkhana Road. House 10 Nayem Road Dhanmondi. I am in the office from 11 am to 9 pm. There are talk shows every night and I go home alone late at night. In the afternoon I walk alone in Ramana Park. On Friday, I prayed at Baitul Aman Mosque, Dhanmondi Road No. 7. So if someone wants to kill me, it will be a little difficult to come to the mentioned address.
