Great Victory Day celebrated in Pakistan – Bangladesh Diplomat

The Bangladesh High Commission celebrated the Great Victory Day with due dignity, enthusiasm and joyous atmosphere in Islamabad, Pakistan. On the occasion of the day on Monday (December 16), a colorful program was organized at the High Commission premises.

All the officers and employees of the High Commission, expatriate Bangladeshis and their families participated in these events. This was informed in an information report received in Dhaka.

On this occasion, the embassy premises were decorated with Victory Day banners and posters. High Commissioner in the embassy premises. Iqbal Hussain Khan formally hoisted the national flag. The discussion started with the recitation of the Holy Quran.

Victory Day speeches of the President, Chief Adviser and Foreign Adviser were read out. Later a documentary on the significance of the Great Victory Day was screened.

Apart from this, prizes were distributed among the winners of various sports competitions in the Embassy premises on the occasion of Great Victory Day. At this time, cultural programs were performed with the participation of everyone including children and teenagers.
