Pakistan-Bangladesh first Test will start from Wednesday in Rawalpindi. Before that, the Bangladesh team is preparing itself. Former Pakistan pacer Omar Gul came to practice in Bangladesh on Monday. He shares his bowling secrets with the Bangladeshi bowlers from his experience.

Omar Gul retired from all forms of cricket in 2020. Since then he has worked in the coaching profession. He played 47 Tests for Pakistan from 2003 to 2006 and took 163 wickets at an average of 34.06.
He played 130 ODIs and took 179 wickets. He played 60 T20s and took 85 wickets. Average 16.97.
