'Ishmam gave his life to overthrow illegal dictatorship'

Farooq-e-Azam Vir Prateek, Adviser to the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, said that Shaheed Ishmam gave his life to overthrow the illegitimate dictatorship. The whole nation is grateful to him. We will not let his self-giving fail. Farooq-e-Azam said these things while visiting the house of Shaheed Ishmamul Haque (17) of Lohagara, Chittagong, who was shot dead in Dhaka during the anti-discrimination student movement, in Darji Para, Amirabad on Sunday (August 18).

He said to Ishmam's mother, we will remember him, the country will never forget the contribution of your child. His fellow soldiers from the administration and I are coming from Dhaka to tell you this. Your child is martyred; The nation will remember this martyred child. Their contribution will never be erased and all the responsibilities of your family will be borne by this government.

On this day, he first visited the grave of martyr Ishmam and spoke to his mother. Besides, he visited the affected upazila parishad building and police station building on the same day.
