The Eid journey of the people at home has started around the holy Eid-ul-Fitr. Passengers are leaving for home after the week-long 'battle' to book advance train tickets online. Passengers who got advance tickets on March 25 are going to various destinations in the country today from Kamalapur. However, every year there are complaints of suffering during the Eid journey, but this year there is no such complaint.

Kamalapur railway station can be seen, there is a separate gate for entering the station. The designated railway officials are standing in front of these temporary gates made of bamboo. It is there that the tickets of passengers coming to the station for the Eid journey are being checked and allowed inside. However, no one can enter inside without a ticket. Meanwhile, the journey is confirmed by scanning the ticket even after entering.
15 trains left Kamalapur till 9:30 am on this day. Besides, Jamalpur Express will leave at 10 am, Ekta Express will leave at 10:15 am, Kishoreganj Express will leave at 10:30 am, Jayantika Express will leave Sylhet destination at 11:15 am, Agniveena Express will leave Tarakandi destination at 11:30 am and Agniveena Express will leave Khulna destination at 11:40 pm.
