Long traffic jam on Dhaka-Chittagong highway All Bengal

There has been severe traffic jam in the Chittagong-bound lane from the Siddhirganj signboard in Narayanganj to the Darikandi section in Sonargaon on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway. Vehicle drivers and passengers have suffered.

The traffic jam started on Wednesday (August 21) in the morning. As of writing this report, there is a traffic jam. Officer-in-charge (OC) of Kachampur Highway Police Station Rezaul Haque confirmed the matter.

He said that a covered van overturned in the Langalband section of Sonargaon and caused a traffic jam. Since the removal of that covered van, traffic has been normalizing.
