Murder case against Shakib Al Hasan

A murder case has been filed against cricketer Shakib Al Hasan at DMP's Adabar police station as the order to kill Garment worker Rubel. Shakib Al Hasan has been named accused in the 28th statement of the case.

The address of accused number 28 of the case is Md. Shakib Al Hasan, Former Member of Parliament, Father: Mashroor Reza, Sang-Sahapara, New Bazar, Post Office: Magura.

Besides, the rest of the accused in this case are former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Obaidul Quader and 156 others. Another 400-500 unidentified people have been accused in the case.

On Thursday (August 22), Garment worker Rubel's father Rafiqul Islam filed the case as plaintiff. DMP Adabar Police Station Inspector (Investigation) Md. Nazrul Islam confirmed the case.

In the statement of the case, the plaintiff complained that on August 5, Rubel took part in a protest march on the ring road of Adabar. At that time, with the direct and indirect instruction, instigation, assistance, cooperation and direct help of the accused, someone fired at the procession. Rubel was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds to the chest and stomach and died on August 7.
