Mustafiz's 6 wickets, Bangladesh target 105

Batting first in the third and last T20 of the three-match series, the United States' innings ended at 104 runs. Bangladesh target 105 runs to win. Mustafizur Rahman alone took 6 wickets with the ball.

Bangladesh's turnaround started from the last over of Mustafizur Rahman's power play. Fizz got the wicket of Shayan Jahangir in the 6th over. Also there was Maiden. The United States went down to play without four of the original XI from that over. The hosts' run rate then dropped. Bangladesh grasped the opportunity and grabbed them.

At one stage there was concern about the US party collection crossing 100. However, 13 runs came in Tanjim Shakib's 17th over. That eventually took the USA score to 104.

Goz returned after being caught out for 27 off 15 balls. The last over of the Powerplay was the start of a turnaround for Bangladesh. Mustafizur Rahman took the wicket of Shayan Jahangir without conceding any runs in his first over.

The cautious Milind Kumar and Nitish Kumar took time to settle down in the next two overs. But on this day, the Bangladeshi bowlers were very careful and sharp.
