Myanmar's army – a UN -backed investigative investigation report came out after the forced expel of the Rohingya from Rakhine State in the 21st.

The report released on Monday (September 23).

On August 27, millions of Rohingya escaped from Rakhine and took refuge in Bangladesh in the military operation. At present, about 1 lakh Rohingya are living in densely populated camps in Cox's Bazar and Bhasanchar. The UN describes the expedition as a “classic example of ethnic cleansing”.

The Independent Investigative Investigative Mechanism for Myanmar (IIMM) said Myanmar authorities consciously destroyed the Rohingya village, mosque, cemetery and agricultural land. They were evacuated despite knowing the ownership of the Rohingya land on the government record.

The report used eyewitness testimony, satellite images, video footage and government documents. It said that private companies and contractors also play a direct role in building the village infrastructure by crushing villages in government agreements.

For example, the construction of new bases in the village of Indin is mentioned, where roads, buildings, protected compounds and two helipads are constructed in the village.

Myanmar's civil war has been immersed in the 2021 coup. After the overthrow of Aung San Suu Kyi government, there was a conflict across the country due to anti -military oppression.

IIMM is formed by the UN Human Rights Council in the 21st, but is suffering from financial crisis. The agency said that if there was not enough funding, the evidence could be stopped.

IIMM chief Nicholas Kumjian said the Rohingya should create safe, voluntary and sustainable repatriation opportunities. But 'in many cases their villages are no longer existed.'

At present, the Rohingya are again threatened with violence and displaced as the conflict in the Rakhine state is intense. In such a situation, some members of this community are taking up arms.
