NASCAR Unveils 2025 Xfinity Series Calendar – This Is What You Need To Know

NASCAR has officially revealed the eagerly anticipated 2025 Xfinity Series calendar, including the return to Rockingham Speedway.

The season kicks off at the Daytona International Speedway on February 15. The action-packed first few weeks will see the series head to the Atlanta Motor Speedway right after Daytona and it will also tackle the Circuit of The Americas on March 1.

One of the most exciting returns is to the famed Rockingham Speedway, affectionately known as “The Rock” on April 19.

Jusan Hamilton, NASCAR’s Managing Director of Competition Operations, commented on the released calendar, as quoted by NASCAR.com:

“We are really making sure that we’re doing our part to develop our drivers for the Xfinity Series and eventually the Cup Series that are coming through the Craftsman Truck Series as well.

“So all those different elements are factoring into some of those divisions and also just making sure that each of the venues has a good balance of being able to see the Truck Series in the spring, for example, and see the Xfinity Series later in the year, especially for those venues that we go to multiple times in the season.

“So we’re factoring each of those elements and that’ll continue to build. I wouldn’t say the goal was to completely revamp the schedule, but the goal was to continue that growth pattern and also make sure we’re doing a service to the fans and industry.”

In another significant move, the Xfinity Series will return to Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City on June 14. This venue has hosted the series since 2005, producing winners like Martin Truex Jr., Denny Hamlin, Juan Pablo Montoya, and Kyle Busch. Additionally, the NASCAR Cup Series will host its first point-paying race outside the United States since 1958 at the same track on June 15.

The Xfinity Series postseason will conclude its regular season at World Wide Technology Raceway on September 6 before moving into a demanding playoff schedule that includes races at Bristol, Kansas, and the Charlotte road course, and culminating with the championship at Phoenix.
