'No reaction to Indian Defense Minister's statement now'

Foreign Adviser. Tauhid Hossain said that Bangladesh will not respond to the recent statement of Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh about Bangladesh. The foreign advisor said, we are more surprised than worried about the comments of the Indian defense minister about Bangladesh. But I don't want to show any reaction now, the government will monitor the matter.

Rajnath Singh at the recent Joint Commanders' Conference in Lucknow called India a peace-loving country and asked the country's armed forces to be ready for future wars. He said this while referring to the Russia-Ukraine war and the Israel-Hamas conflict as well as the situation in Bangladesh.
