Redistribution of office of advisers to the Interim Government

Responsibilities of various ministries and departments have been redistributed among the advisers of the interim government.

On Tuesday (August 27) by order of the President, Secretary of the Cabinet Department. This information was given in the notification signed by Mahbub Hossain.

According to the latest notification, the chief advisor. Muhammad Yunus has been given charge of six ministries or departments.

These are – 1. Cabinet Division; 2. Ministry of Defence; 3. Department of Armed Forces; 4. Ministry of Food; 5. Ministry of Public Administration; 6. Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism.

Advisor Saleh Uddin Ahmed received – Ministry of Finance; Ministry of Commerce; Ministry of Science and Technology.

Advisor Hasan Arif received – Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives; Ministry of Lands.

Adviser Brigadier General (Retd.) Dr. M Sakhawat Hossain received – Ministry of Textiles and Jute; Ministry of Shipping.

Advisor Sharmin S. Murshid received – Ministry of Social Welfare; Ministry of Women and Child Affairs.
