Revised Emergency Instructions for HSC Candidates

The Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education issued a circular on Tuesday (September 3) seeking the necessary information and documents for the current year (2024) HSC and equivalent exam candidates. The next day, the Dhaka Education Board issued an amendment to that notification.

Candidates have been asked to send necessary documents including academic transcript of JSC and SSC examination, attested photocopy of HSC examination admit card to the in-charge officers and principals of all examination centers to the board. According to a circular of the Dhaka Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, all information must be sent by September 12.

The revised emergency instructions are-

► Candidates participating in HSC examination 2024 should send the following information to all in-charge officers/principals.

► HSC Examination 2024 Regular/Irregular/Upgradation Candidates (To be sent by the Officer-in-Charge of the Examination Centre. Under no circumstances can candidates be brought to the college on the pretext of practical examination)

1. The marks obtained in practical test (obtained during class activities) of all the candidates in Information and Communication Technology (ICT, subject code-275) should be sent online and its print copy should be stored in the center and the original copy (Final List) should be submitted by hand to the higher secondary examination branch of Dhaka Education Board. have to pay

2. Subject-wise absent and expelled candidates of the candidates participating in the examinations should be submitted manually to the higher secondary examination branch of the Dhaka Education Board.

3. Candidates participating in the examinations should save one copy of the subject-wise signature in the center and submit the original copy to the higher secondary examination branch of the Dhaka Education Board. In the case of HSC examination 2024 private examinees (to be sent by the Principal of the concerned college)

4. The private examinees who passed SSC before 1996 must submit the photocopy of SSC pass mark sheet (verified by the concerned board) and the photocopy of HSC examination 2024 admit card to the higher secondary examination branch of Dhaka Education Board attested by the Principal. (Concerned institutions should collect the list of candidates from the higher secondary examination branch. In case of HSC examination 2024 equivalent certificate candidates will be sent by the principal of the concerned college)

5. JSC/equivalent (where applicable) and SSC/equivalent exam academic transcript/mark sheet (with supporting documents of number/grade method), Dhaka Education Board Equivalence Certificate and HSC Examination 2024 admit card attested by the Principal of Dhaka Education Board Higher Secondary Must be submitted manually to the examination branch.
