The High Court has issued a ruling on two sections of the Rapid Increase in Supply of Electricity and Energy (Special Provisions) Act, 2010. The ruling asked why Section 6 (2) and Section 9 of the Act should not be declared unconstitutional. In view of the writ, the bench of Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice AKM Rabiul Hasan issued the ruling on Monday. details
