Sameera saw the killing of Salman-Shabanur in dubbing room, mysterious death at night

Shaheed Chowdhury Mohammad Shahriar Imon aka Salman Shah left the world exactly 28 years ago on September 6, 1996 in flat number B-11 of Iskaton Plaza, New Iskaton Road, Dhaka. Born on September 19 in Zakiganj upazila of Sylhet. His father's name is Kamar Uddin Chowdhury and mother's name is Neela Chowdhury. Salman was the eldest son of the family. This ephemeral actor was born in 1971 and passed away in 1996. He was only 25 years old then. A very small age compared to the average life expectancy.

His death is still shrouded in mystery. But Salman Shah's wife Samira claimed that he committed suicide. His mother Neela Chowdhury has repeatedly claimed that Salman Shah was murdered. That mystery is yet to be revealed. The trial is going on.

Salman's ex-wife Samira has once again claimed after all these years that Salman-Shabnoor were in love. Salman himself admitted his relationship with Shabnoor. And the Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) published the investigation report on the mysterious death of Salman Shah. It was also presented in court. In that report, the issue of his intimacy with Shabnoor came up behind Salman's death.

In an interview given to the media, Samira said that Salman himself confessed to me that he was in love with Shabnoor. Salman-Shabnoor came close to each other while working. I could not accept this. Shabnoor also went to Singapore with Salman. I told PBI these words. Salman was also in fear of being blackmailed about his relationship with Shabnoor.

However, the events of that day can be found in the narrations of the close people at different times – Salman Shah went to FDC to do the dubbing of the film 'Prempiyasi' on the evening of 5 September 1996. Shabnoor, the heroine of this film, was already present there for dubbing.

Shortly after reaching FDC, Salman Shah called his father and asked him to come to FDC's sound complex with his wife Samira. Soon after receiving the call, Salman's father came to the FDC with Samira. Samira came to the sound complex with her father-in-law and found that Salman and Shabnoor were making fun of each other in the dubbing room. Several entertainment fortnights of the time and Salman have been written about in several books, Samira got angry after seeing Salman flirting with Shabnoor. After Salman's father left, Samirao quickly got into the car. Realizing that the 'situation is complicated', Salman Shah and director Badal Khandkar got into the same car. But Samira did not talk to Salman while sitting in the car. Badal Khandkar continued to explain to him.

When the car reached the gate of FDC, Salman got down in front of the main gate. Badal Khandkar also fell with him. Then chatted there for a while. After going back to the dubbing room, there was no dubbing that day. Later Badal Khandkar took Salman to Flat No. B-11 of Iskaton Plaza on New Iskaton Road and left. After returning home, various statements about the events of the night can be found in the newspapers of the time. However, those statements are not contained in the statements of any eyewitnesses.

Film director Badal Khandkar said that he went to Salman's house the next morning. Badal Khandkar told Prothom Alo that when he went there in the morning to take the work schedule of the film, the doormen were saying that Salman had hanged himself in the night.

Another film director Shah Alam said, Salman Shah was under a lot of stress towards the end. Strained relationships with family members and lack of understanding with producers were created. He was banned by the artists' association for some time.

However, Salman Shah's mother Neela Chowdhury told the BBC about the incident that happened at Iskaton Plaza on New Iskaton Road on September 6, 1996. That day, at seven in the morning, father Kamar Uddin Chowdhury went to Iskaton's house to meet his son Shahriar Chowdhury Imon. But he returned without seeing his son. Because the doorman below the house did not allow Salman Shah's father to enter his son's house.

Neela Chowdhury's description was like this, said sir now he can't go up. There are some problems. First you have to ask Madam (Salman Shah's wife). At one point he (Salman Shah's father) forced himself upstairs. Samira (Salman Shah's wife) opened the door after ringing the bell. He (Salman Shah's father) told Samira, 'Iman (Salman Shah's nickname) has work to do, the income tax must be signed. Call him.' Then Samira said, 'He is sleeping.' Then he said, 'Okay, I went to the bedroom and signed it.' But did not let go. My husband sat there for an hour and a half.

In the bed where the head should be placed, the feet. And head towards where you want to step. Next door was a parlor owned by a relative of Samira (Salman Shah's wife). Some of the girls in that parlor are applying mustard oil on Eamon's hands and feet. I think it fits. I saw that my son's toenails were blue. Then I told my husband, my son is dying.' When Salman Shah was immediately taken to Holy Family Hospital from his house in Iskaton, the doctors there declared him dead. After the autopsy at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital, it was said that Salman Shah had committed suicide. However, the matter is still pending. As the exact cause of Salman's death is not known, various questions are created among his fans.

The family has always claimed that Salman Shah was murdered. Neela Chowdhury complained that when they went to file a case of murder, the police registered it as a case of wrongful death. The police said, if during the investigation it is found that it is murder, then it will automatically turn into a case of murder.
