Tariq Rahman's speech is not hindered

The High Court has dismissed the ruling on banning the publication and publication of BNP Acting Chairman Tarek Rahman's statements in all types of media. As a result of this, there is no obstacle to his speech in the media, the lawyers said.

Incidentally, in view of a writ petition, on January 7, 2015, the High Court banned the publication of Tarek Rahman's speech in the media. At the same time issued the rule. In the ruling, it was asked why the defendants should not be directed to take necessary steps to prohibit publication and dissemination of Tariq Rahman's speech.

The petitioner applied to the High Court after eight years for the hearing of that rule. But the notice was not issued properly as the address of Tariq Rahman was wrong. Because of this, the High Court ordered to correct the address and submit the application again. According to that instruction, the court ordered to correct Tariq Rahman's address and issue a notice. Notice was issued soon after.
