The bird van driver returned the money left by the businessman in Gangni, Mehrpur. Sahajul Islam, a raw material trader in Gangni Upazila city, recovered Tk 9 lakhs left on the bird van.
Today Monday (May 12) around 2 pm, Pakhi van driver Swandipan returned the bag with the money left in his van to the owner Sahajul Islam. Gangni Bazaar Committee President Salah Uddin Shaon and local businessmen were present at the time. The van driver Swabandipan is the son of Mona from the Christian community of Chougacha village in Gangni town area.
Sahajul Islam, a prominent vegetable trader in Gangni Bazar, said that in the morning, I came to my own home by riding a bird van from Gangni Bazar area. I hung the money bag on the hook behind the driver's seat of the van. I forgot to take the money bag while getting down from the van. Later I was looking for the van driver. Meanwhile the van driver Swabandipan was looking for me with the bag of money. Later, through Salah Uddin Shawon, president of the market committee, he returned the bag of money to me.
Meanwhile, seeing the greatness of van driver Swandeep, Gangni Bazaar Committee President Salah Uddin wrote on his Facebook page, “I am really proud today to be a representative of people like Swandeep.”
