The Ministry of Religion is appointing Hajj guides

The Ministry of Religion is appointing guides for the 2025 Hajj pilgrims through the government. A notification for this has already been published. Interested candidates have to apply online by 15 October 2024. No direct application will be entertained.

Application Conditions:

1. Candidate should have experience of performing Hajj at least once.

2. Minimum age of the candidate is 32 years and maximum is 62 years. Candidate should be physically and mentally fit.

3. Candidate must have passed minimum SSC or equivalent.

4. Recitation of the Holy Qur'an and Masala-Masala of Haj must be known.

5. Preference will be given to candidates collecting 44 Hajjatris subject to other qualifications.

6. Candidate should be proficient in using smartphone, e-Hajj BD mobile app and WhatsApp.

7. Must be hardworking and modest in behavior.

8. Candidates proficient in Arabic language will be preferred.

9. Candidates initially shortlisted in the interview will have to attend the training compulsorily.

10. Before this, the application of the person accused due to neglect of duty or breach of discipline as a Hajj guide will be considered cancelled.

11. No TA/DA will be given to the candidate for appearing in the interview.
