An old man vandalized the help desk of the Thakurgaon District Commissioner's office after years of not getting any help.

An old man named Shushant Kumar Das (65) did this on Monday (May 13) morning. However, no one in charge of the help desk agreed to comment after this incident.

The accused Shushant Kumar Das is the son of deceased Prabir Chandra Das of village Hariharpur of Mathurapur area of ​​Rahimanpur union of Sadar upazila.

According to eyewitness sources, suddenly Shushant Das started breaking the glass of the help desk branch of the Deputy Commissioner's office. During this time, it was heard in his mouth that helpdesk is not available. No one listens to me, no one answers. You have to travel for years. Still no solution. Better not to have such a helpdesk than to have one. I will not keep this helpdesk.

Before the conversation ended, he took out an iron rod from the bag and broke the glass. Later the police came and arrested him.

The relatives of the family came to the spot after getting information about this incident and said that since 2013, Shushant Kumar Das sought help desk branch on the ground floor of the Thakurgaon District Administrator's office for help regarding land matters. But these days the people in charge of the help desk are wasting time.

In this way, he has been wandering around the balcony of the helpdesk for 11 years. His family members believe that he did this out of anger. Apart from this, they also said that he is somewhat mentally unbalanced.

After this incident, a video of the vandalism of the DC office's help desk was shared on social media Facebook and instantly went viral. Netizens made a storm of different comments.

They wrote, those who work in the Deputy Commissioner's office. They consider themselves as landlords. When it comes to advice or support, it's not easy to match. Another wrote that the person must have been victimized by someone in the DC office or had no support. So maybe he vandalized in anger. Netizens made such comments.

Thakurgaon Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) ABM Feroz Wahid said that the detained person is being interrogated. The details of the incident will be told later.

After visiting the spot, Deputy Commissioner Mahbubur Rahman said, “It has been a very bad act.” The accused has been arrested. However, why vandalism can not be said now. Will be informed later after investigation.

Before this, on July 8 last year, a young man named Nasir Uddin (25) broke the lock of the gate of the Deputy Commissioner's entrance and attacked with a shovel and vandalized 31 doors, windows and furniture of 10 rooms of the office, including the DC's room. While restraining him, a police officer was seriously injured.
