There is a conspiracy against BNP at home and abroad: Tariq Rahman

Acting Chairman of BNP Tarek Rahman said that conspiracies are going on against BNP at home and abroad. So everyone needs to be more vigilant now than at any time in the past. Whenever there is an opportunity, BNP has tried to contribute in every field of the country, starting from women's security, farmers' development. This trend will continue in the future.

He said these things in the chief guest's speech at the video conference meeting with the leaders of Mymensingh South, North and Metropolitan BNP at the town hall auditorium of Mymensingh city at around 4 pm on Saturday (August 31).

Tariq Rahman said that after August 5 there has been a change in people's thinking. BNP also has to change with this mindset of people. It should be remembered that BNP was in the opposition party. Still in opposition, until the people exercise their right to vote for us. Therefore, to gain the trust of the people, the leaders and workers of the party must be careful in their words and actions.

He said, people are the source of all power. This slogan of Shaheed Zia should not only be considered as a slogan but should be kept and believed in the mind of every leader and activist. Only then our team can achieve the desired results. Those who think themselves clever, are living in a fool's paradise. Many people think that after the fall of the dictatorship, they have no place in the field. This kind of thinking is seen in many people. The one who fell was our political opponent. Today they may have weakened. But it made the situation worse for us. Because before our opponent was visible. Now our opponent is invisible. They can hurt you and the team. Everyone has to take careful planning in their respective areas.

Acting Chairman of BNP said that slander is being spread against BNP on social media. Care should be taken in this matter also. The fall of dictatorship is the pretest for us and gaining the trust of the people is the test for us. We have to remember that there are conspiracies against our party in different ways. Mischief is being created by infiltrating the party by cheating us.

Tariq Rahman said, many of us have made mistakes in the changed context. The party did not hesitate to take action against them. If we were in government we would have taken legal action against them. National leader's slogan – Save the people and save the country. BNP is responsible for protecting the people of the country in the current situation. So every leader and worker of the party should prepare themselves accordingly. People who judge for you. It will not be easy to score goals in an empty field but achieving our goals will be much more difficult than in the past. So the party leaders and workers have to act as independent watchmen.
