The government has declared a three-day general holiday in the country amid the spread of violence around the one-time program of the agitators.
It has been announced by the government's executive order that next Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be public holidays.
Before this, the government again issued an indefinite curfew across the country.
The evening law will be in force in all departmental headquarters, city corporations, municipalities, industrial areas, district headquarters and upazila headquarters from 6 pm on Sunday until further notice.
This matter was confirmed in the press release of the Ministry of Home Affairs on Sunday. The notice was signed by Sharif Mahmud Apu, senior information officer of the ministry.
