Stretch management requires at least fifteen minutes of exercise every day. You can do yoga. You can chat with friends. You can sit and watch movies with loved ones. can listen to music
You can set a timeline such as β Don't check any office e-mail after returning from office.
Don't answer anyone's phone while having dinner. It helps us to focus on any one task.
