What coordinator Sarjis said about the safety of doctors

Sarjis Alam, one of the coordinators of the anti-discrimination student movement, said that the safety of doctors must be ensured. Those who raised their hands on them should be punished accordingly.

On Sunday (September 1), Sergis wrote in a Facebook post on the social media, “My doctor brothers must be ensured safety, those who raised their hands on them must be properly judged.” If the hospital authorities or any doctor is responsible for the death of a patient, he should also be investigated and prosecuted. But I felt like I raised my hand on someone, this competition can never be accepted Students are vocal against all conspiracies

Meanwhile, doctors have announced a complete shutdown across the country to demand justice for those involved in the incident of beating and assaulting doctors at Dhaka Medical College (DMH) hospital.

They announced this on Sunday (September 1) afternoon. The doctors said that within 24 hours the arrest of those involved and the safety of the doctors in the hospital should be ensured. The authorities have failed to accept both these demands. They did not meet the two point demands and added six more points to it.
