Woman Saves Every Flower Boyfriend Ever Gave Her for Most Wholesome Reason

Many people like to keep important mementos that remind them of good times. While some might keep treasured tickets or memorabilia as a personal reminder, one TikToker has stunned the internet after revealing the sweet reason she kept three years’ worth of flowers.

In a now viral video, TikTok user Amber (@ambie..bambi) revealed that she has kept “every flower” that her partner gave to her “for the past three years” because she had a special idea in mind.

The flower petals had been kept safely in jars until now because Amber, 22, knew that she wanted the precious flowers to form wedding decorations. They were romantic gestures from her partner while they were dating, so it was very fitting to have them in the background on their big day.

Amber shared the video of her decanting the flower petals into glass vases on TikTok to show how she was repurposing the flowers. The video went viral online and has amassed over 3.5 million views and 588,700 likes on TikTok so far.

Alongside the clip, she wrote in the caption that this was one of her “favorite elements” of their wedding celebration.

Every couple wants their wedding to be perfect, and for many that means making it a true reflection of their love and relationship. Having a wedding that’s truly personalized and individual is important for 63 percent of couples, according to the wedding survey by The Knot.

For the majority of couples surveyed, 75 percent, the priority was to ensure guests were well taken care of and had a good time. Among the other important factors were the overall look of the wedding, the cost, and food options.

But of course, there are many other ways for newlyweds to tailor their wedding celebration to their liking. The Knot suggests that everything from location, food, music, and the all-important ceremony can all be personalized. Indeed, 21 percent of those surveyed included a special custom that was related to their culture or religion, 57 percent honored those who couldn’t be there, and 44 percent opted for unique musical choices, including rock music or even the bagpipes.

How Did TikTok React?

After sharing the video of her floral wedding décor, Amber’s post has been inundated with positive and adoring responses. With over 1,200 comments on the viral TikTok video, many people praised the romanticism of her creative idea.

One comment reads: “this is the cutest thing ever.”

Another TikTok user wrote: “We’re doing this for our wedding! Using them as confetti.”

“He always gets me roses so I keep the petals for the aisle,” added one TikToker.

While another comment jokes: “I’m going to start crying again.”
