12 parties to go to international court to claim share of common river water

Top leaders of the 12-party alliance said there are 54 identical rivers between India and Bangladesh. India has unilaterally dammed upstream in almost every river in violation of international river laws. As a matter of fact, our government has to go to the international court to ensure the just rights of the people of Bangladesh, including fair river management and water accounting. The people of Bangladesh want the implementation of the management of water flowing over several countries in international law through the international court.
