Four cases have been registered in connection with terrorist attacks in Bandarban's Ruma and Thanchi, looting of bank money and weapons and abduction of the manager. Three cases have been registered in Ruma and one in Thanchi.

On Friday (April 5), Thanchi Police Station OC Jaseem Uddin confirmed the matter and said that Ruma Krishi Bank manager Lachi Twai Marma has filed a case against 30-40 unknown persons as plaintiffs. Sonali Bank Manager has been asked to come to the police station to file a case.

At that time, unable to take the money from the vault, they kidnapped the manager Nezam Uddin. The next day, terrorists attacked Sonali Bank and Krishi Bank in Thanchi Bazar. Meanwhile, the robbers took Tk 242,000 from Krishi Bank and approximately Tk 150,000 from Sonali Bank.

RAB rescued Sonali Bank manager Nezam Uddin from Ruma last Thursday night. But within two hours of this incident, the terrorists again attacked the Thanchi market and police station. The police fired at least 500 rounds to repel the terrorists. At midnight on that day, there was also a firing incident at a check post of the security forces in Alikadam 26 mile area of ​​Bandarban.
