75 villages of Phulgazi and Parashuram upazilas of Feni have been flooded due to heavy rains and upstream flows. The dams of Muhuri, Kahua and Ceyloniya rivers in the district have broken and water is entering the locality through 17 parts. These two upazilas have been hit by floods three times in a month and a half. Thousands of people in the area have suffered. details
