A man named Azizul Pramanik (28) committed suicide by drinking pesticides out of shame for not being the best man in Sala's marriage. The incident happened in the early morning of Wednesday (May 8) in Madhgram of Mulgram Union of Chatmohar Upazila. Deceased Azizul was the son of Taijal Pramanik of that village and he was a day laborer by profession.
According to the information of the locals, Azizul Pramanik's Sala's marriage was completed on Monday. She was not invited to be a koldari in that wedding. And that's why he forbids all his family members from going to the wedding ceremony on Tuesday. He was very angry with his wife and parents as they all went to the Bau Bhat function without listening to his ban. According to sources, he committed suicide by drinking pesticide on Wednesday morning after an argument with his family members.
