Torture by hanging bricks on child's penis, 3 juveniles arrested

Police have arrested 3 members of a juvenile gang in Thakurgaon in a case filed against an eight-year-old child by hanging a brick on his penis.

On Sunday (May 26) those arrested were sent to prison through the court. Earlier, they were arrested in various areas of the city yesterday. Before that, this incident took place in East Goalpara area of ​​the city on May 19.

According to the statement of the case, the victim is a third class student of a government primary school in the city. On May 19, he was playing in the school grounds. At that time, the accused took the child from the school ground to an empty place next to it and molested it.

At that time, the child was beaten and put a cigarette in his mouth. At one point, when the boy wanted to go home, the youth gang members removed his pants and hung a brick with his penis. During this time they recorded video on mobile phones. When the people around realized the matter, the gang members left the place.

In this incident, the victim's father filed a case with the police station, mentioning the names of four people and 4-5 other unknown people as plaintiffs.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Thakurgaon Sadar police station ABM Feroz Wahid said that the accused are members of juvenile gangs and all are minors. After the case was filed, three accused were arrested and sent to jail through the court. Efforts are underway to arrest the others involved in this incident.
