Joint Secretary is 201 officer, major promotion in public administration

The interim government has promoted 201 officers of the rank of Deputy Secretary of Administration and equivalent to the post of Joint Secretary. A notification in this regard has been issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Sunday. After promotion they have been made Officers on Special Charge of Public Administration.
According to the notification, if an officer's office or workplace has already changed from the workplace mentioned in the promotion order, the joining letter should be submitted mentioning the name and address of the working office.
Officers promoted to the rank of Joint-Secretary will be promoted and will receive arrears of financial benefits from the date on which they are superseded by junior officers.
The authority reserves the right to revise or cancel this order if any adverse or different information is found against any officer.
Officials who have been promoted to the post of Joint Secretary to the Government can submit the application online directly to the Senior Secretary, Ministry of Public Administration or by e-mail (sa*@******ov.bd).
