Case in the name of 128 people including Sheikh Hasina-Obaidul Quader in Joypurhat

128 people, including former prime minister Sheikh Hasina, Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader, former Jatiya Sangsad whip and Awami League organizing secretary Abu Saeed Al Mahmud Swapan and former MP Add, Shamsul Alam Dudu, were killed in the quota movement program in Joypurhat on August 4. A case has been filed in the court.

On Sunday afternoon, Mujidul Sarkar, the father of the deceased Vishal, filed the case in Sadar Chief Judicial Magistrate Amli-1 court as the plaintiff.

Court Judge Atiqur Rahman directed the Sadar Police Station to treat the case as a statement.

Counsel for the plaintiff, Adv, Abdul Momen Faki confirmed the case.
