AGM of Sunlife and Asia Insurance postponed

The annual general meeting (AGM) of companies Sunlife Insurance Limited and Asia Insurance Limited listed in the insurance sector in the capital market has been postponed.

Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE) said this information on Monday (August 19).

Sunlife Insurance: Compati's 24th Annual General Meeting was scheduled to be held on August 20 at 11 am. But due to unavoidable reasons this AGM which was going to be held on digital platform was postponed. However, the company said that the new time and date will be announced later.

Asia Insurance: Kompati's 24th Annual General Meeting was scheduled to be held on August 20 at 12 noon. But due to unavoidable reasons this AGM which was going to be held on digital platform was postponed. However, the company said that the new time and date will be announced later.
